a Marketing Website
When I joined Oula, the company was entering a period of rapid growth. What started as a marketing website evolved into the need for a connected digital platform supporting both patients and clinical teams.
Over almost 4 years, I helped design the first generation of these products—working closely with founders, clinicians and engineers to translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive digital experiences.
As the clinic expanded, operational complexity increased quickly.
Patient information had to be documented consistently, appointments coordinated across multiple care providers and clinical workflows adapted to a rapidly growing team.
The challenge wasn't simply to design software—it was to create a foundation that could scale with the organisation.

Patient

Although both products belonged to the same ecosystem, they solved very different problems.
The patient experience focused on clarity, reassurance and guidance throughout pregnancy.
The clinical platform focused on efficiency, coordination and fast access to critical information.
Designing both experiences together allowed us to build one connected product while respecting the unique needs of each audience.
